She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Shoemaker and Esther Clark Shoemaker; her spouse Wearne B. Cook, Jr.; and her daughter Dorothy P. Ross. She is survived by: her children, Wearne F. Cook (Cindy) of Titusville and Annette Corey of Saluda, SC; and her siblings, Lila Preston (Scott) of Cherrytree, Eugene Shoemaker (Ann) of Meadville, PA and George Shoemaker (Mary) of Cooperstown. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and close friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Chapmanville Volunteer Fire Department, to the Chapmanville Community Church, or to the Visiting Nurses Association of Venango County.
