He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Buzz" and Dorothy Evans (Bartlett); and his grandson Dakota Dunlevy. He is survived by: his wife Regina Dunlevy of Centerville; and his siblings, William Evans (Sharon) of Titusville, Kenneth Evans of Titusville, Brian Evans (Brenda) of Prospect, Sandy Koppes of Massillon, OH and Sharon Dillinger of Titusville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
