He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. Montafia (Bortz); his children, Angela (Javier) of Zionville, Michael (Susan) of Wilmington, DE and Lisa of San Bruno, CA; his sister Delphine Miller (Henry) of Berwyn; and his grandchildren, Gabriella, Julianna, Alexandra, Casandra, Jeanne, Patrick, Mychal and William.
