He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Fisher (Hendershedt) and Carl Fisher; and his brother James W. Fisher of Hazleton. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fisher (Moyer); and his children, Gretchen (Doug Kelly) of Bethlehem and Dr. Justin Fisher (Laura). He is also survived by niece and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Southern Lehigh Public Library as Bob was an avid reader who always enjoyed learning more about history, politics and current events.
