We bid farewell to Grace M. Hamm of Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 17, 2025 at the age of 86. Grace touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman E. Kramer and Mary Kramer (Klotz); her husband Russell A. Hamm, Sr.; and her brothers, Norman E. Kramer, Jr. and Raymond Kramer.
She is survived by: her children, David J. Hamm, Sr. (Carol), Russell A. Hamm, Jr. (Doris), Richard N. Hamm, Sharon D. Hamm (Angel) and Sandra M. Kooker (Scott). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (821 W Broad St, Quakertown, PA 18951).
