He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Hays (Mark), Anthony Sparango, Jr. and Pamela Vollrath (Paul); his grandchildren, Anthony Sparango III, Nicole Hays, Taylor Hays, John Tucker, David Tucker and Ava Tucker; his siblings, Elizabeth Osborne (David), Madelyn Goodwin, Kendelyn Morgan (Scott) and Lawton Miller; and also, Anthony IV, Azzurra and Emberlyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
