It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harland Shaffer of Coolspring, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 8, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harland Shaffer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland "Jack" and Violet Shaffer (Baughman); and his brother James Shaffer. He is survived by: his wife Cherie Ellen Shaffer (Coleman); his children, Andrew Charles (Cheri Lou) of Fombell, PA, Linda Diana Shaffer (Steve Seger) of Punxsutawney and Carole Sue VanMeter (Dave) of Portage, PA; his grandchildren, Gretchen, Josiah Shaffer and Donald Annonio IV; and his siblings, Richard Shaffer (Marga), Robert Shaffer (Ruth), Barbara Coleman, JoAnn Brosius and Nancy Shaffer (Lyle). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
