He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cogley and Nancy Cogley (White); his stepmother Anne Cogley; and his siblings, Tom, Edward, Russel, Nancy, Diane and Sharon (Weaver).
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Weaver; his daughters, Rachel Cogley of Fredonia, Lisa Cogley of Mercer and Sara Snow (Jim) of Grove City; his grandchildren, Harper (Ladybug), Amelia (Princess) and Connor Benedict (Buddy); and his brother Richard Cogley of Colorado Springs.
