He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Neal and Sara Neal (Weaver); his wife Katherine Elizabeth Pearce; his daughter Sara Neal; and his siblings, Paul, Ronald, Robert Neal, Betty Neal and Emmie Prokay.
He is survived by: his sons, Perry Neal (Georgetta) of Punxsutawney and Todd Neal (Kelly) of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Latasha Neal, Tyler Mason, Shannen Bigelow, Kyle, Katelin Neal, Ty Neal and Faith Neal; his great grandchildren, Rosie Mason, Shelby Neal and Colt Bigelow; and his siblings, Donald Neal (Fannie) of Sportsburg and Lois Guilfoyle of Punxsutawney.
