He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew F. Betz and Ruth Kalchthaler Betz; and his former wife Nancy Jamison Betz. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Betz; his children, Stacey Ann Holzer (Richard) of Townville, Scott Edward Betz (Debby) of Bethel Park and Andrew Edward Betz of Cooksburg; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Betz, Hunter and Hayden Holzer.
The family is requesting donations to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
