He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd H. Burns and Betty J. Burns (Slack); his brother Terry Burns; and his in-laws, Michael and Lucille Kuchar.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Beth Burns; and his children, Meredith Jane Welle (Adam), Henry and Ross Andrew Burns.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Conyngham United Methodist Church (411 Main St, Conyngham, PA 18219). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Conyngham Union Cemetery North Main.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Conyngham United Methodist Church, 411 Main Street, Conyngham, Pa 18219.
