She was predeceased by: her parents, William Willard and Kathryn "Kitty" Willard of William Penn; and her husband Wayne Evans of Conyngham. She is survived by: her son Jason Kline; her granddaughter Jacqueline of Frackville; and her sisters, Audrey Williams (Edward) of Brandonville and Kathy Lindner (Jim) of Phoenix, Ariz.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
