She was predeceased by: her parents, Fernando Smith and Nancy Smith (Wright). She is survived by: her husband Wayne Howard Rothwell; her children, Sandra Levitsky, Brett and David; her sisters, Ellen and Evelyn; her children, Sharon Keck (Donald), Rodney Rothwell (Patricia) of Drums and Steven Rothwell (Towson, MD); and her sister Marjorie Jones (Fred). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
