She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Harter and Dorothy Harter (Gallagher); her husband Richard E. Tobias; her son Robert B. Price, II; and her sister Ann Louise Lehn.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Hildebrand (Duane) and Thomas Price; her stepson Nicholas Tobias; her grandchildren, Cody Price, Peter Hildebrand and Jaiden Rabuck of Jacksonville, FL; and her nephew John Lehn (Sylvia) of Reading, PA..
