He was predeceased by: his father Philip Perciavalle; his grandson Thomas Perciavalle; and his sister Cynthia Doty. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Perciavalle (Sklarsky); his children, Pete Perciavalle (Michelle) of Laguna Niguel, CA, Pamela Colaianni (Robert) of Newman, GA and David Perciavalle (Arlene) of Aliso Viejo, CA; his grandchildren, John Perciavalle, Nicholas Colaianni, Gina Perciavalle and Marlo Perciavalle; his great grandchildren, Cassandra and Roman Colaianni; and his siblings, Carol Baker (Dennis) of Baden, David Perciavalle of Nagshead, NC, Daniel Perciavalle of Crescent and Phyllis Pfeiffer (Anton) of Ambridge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
