He was predeceased by: his father Harry Gross; his wife Lois Gross (Scheppy); his siblings, Paul, Louis, Joseph, Donald Gross, Mary Cress and Pearl Krupski; his parents-in-law, James and Anna Mae Scheppy (Scalarsky); and his brother-in-law James Reed Scheppy.
He is survived by: his brother William Gross of Economy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews.
