He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowry Boring and Freda Boring (Allwes); his wife Joyce F Boring (Scott); and his siblings, Lowry Jr., Theodore, Virgil, Marcellos, Robert, Clayton Boring, Freda Kresach (Fritzie), Virginia Johnston and Vallie Evans.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Charlovich (Robert) of Conway; his grandchildren, Nicholas Charlovich of Conway, Jacob Charlovich of Pittsburgh and Allyson Charlovich of Ambridge; and his sisters, Adele Huffman of Elkton and Betsey Lytle of Albany, Ohio..
