He was predeceased by: his parents, Worthy Webb and Lottie Mae Webb (Pierce); his wife Elnora Webb (Staats); his son David Webb Sr.; his grandson David Webb Jr.; and his siblings, Wayne, Kenneth, Carl, Raymond Webb, Judy, Sharon and Anna Mae Palmer.

He is survived by: his daughter Katherine Kulish (Rick); his grandchildren, Holly Walsh (Mark), Jennifer Yurkovac (Jason) and Donnie Fordyce (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Alexis, Breanna, Kennedi, Mackenzie, Destiny, Dominic, Reagan and Hailey.
