With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Jean Richter of Conway, Pennsylvania, born in Monongahela, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 2, 2022 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Kopf; her husband Louis D. Richter; and her grandmother Grace Cook. She is survived by: her children, Keith (Pamela Richter), Kenneth (Michele Richter) and Melissa Richter; her grandchildren, Marie Jones (Jeff), Eric Richter (Melanie), Andrew Richter, Angela Harper (Chris), Matthew Richter (Shena Phung), Michael Richter, Jennifer Richter (Dan Heagerty) and Danielle Logan Shana (Adam); her nieces, Renee Senock, Tina Bruno and Elsie; and also, Michele and Rick Costanza. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
