He is survived by: his wife Carole Slivka Scheib; his daughter Denise Green (Chet) of Economy; his grandchildren, Spencer Green, Molly Green, Corey, Jaden and Trevor Scheib; his sister Sandy Sr. of Conway; his brother-in-law Rich Kozak Sr. of Conway; his niece Kathy Coder (Ron) of Pittsburgh; and his nephew Rich Kozak Jr..
