She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Paslawski and Anastasia Yurchak Paslawski; her husband John; her sisters, Mary Zatyk (John) and Helen Rydzeski (Stanley); and her friend Genny Adams.
She is survived by: her sister Alice Dukat (Walt) of Carlsbad, CA.; her children, William Dvorzak (Gretchen), Helen Bloom (Dennis) and Kathy Smith (Jim) of Monaca; her grandchildren, Sean Bunney (Marian), Adam Dvorzak (Leah Rice), Keith Bloom (Shannon), Craig Bloom (Valerie) and Jessie Dvorzak (Ted Alden); her great grandchildren, Niko Bunney, Heath and Quinn Bloom; and her pet Sammie.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in memory of Ann be made to St. Barnabas Charities, 5850 Meridian Road, Gibsonia, PA 15044.
