Jewel (Howard B.) of Zelienople; his daughters, Sophia Zilka and Ava Zilka; his sister Anna Zilka of Colorado Springs, CO; his significant other Savannah Grossetti of Conway; his uncles, Bob Zilka (Jess) of Etna, WY, Mary Brown (Larry) of Fombell, Carla Zimmerman (Karl) of Fombell, Carl Zilka Jr. (Chris) of Fombell and David Pritts of Fombell; and his child Bob Zilka.
