He was predeceased by: his spouse Marie Radatti (DiSebastiano). He is survived by: his children, Peter Vincent Radatti of Conshohocken and Carol Anne DeCarlucci of Elk Ridge, MD; his grandson Christopher DeCarlucci; and his brother Victor Michael Radatti of Conshohocken.
