He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph N. and Antonina "Anna" (Chrostowska); his wife Sophie Dachowska of Manayunk, PA.; his daughter Joanna Orzech D'Alessandro of Conshohocken; and his siblings, Chester Orzech of Conshohocken, Joseph Orzech of Homestead, FL, Stephanie Proietto (Sylvie) of Bridgeport, PA and Edward G. Orzech of Stone Harbor, NJ..
He is survived by: his friend Tom; his daughters, Susan Thompson (late David) of Royersford, PA, Patricia Lillie (James) of Clayton, NJ and Diane Orzech of Tampa, FL; and his siblings, Jean Berkisczuk of Conshohocken and Anna Irene Andreyko of King. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Tom's last wish was that donations should be made to: New Jersey Veterans Memorial Home, 524 North West Blvd., Vineland, NJ 08360.
