She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement George and Maria George (Sonsoni); her husband John P. Wood III; and her siblings, John D. George and Catherine Toto.

She is survived by: her son Anthony Bellocchio; her brother Clement George; and her grandchildren, Michael McGarvey and Rose Bellocchio.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens' Research Hospital.
