He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles LeRoy Whitley and Bertha Mae Whitley (Long); and his wife Betty M. Whitley (Hinkle). He is survived by: his children, Theresa (Christopher Campbell) of Salisbury, MD and Michael (Leticia Whitley) of West Norriton, PA; his grandchildren, Tarra, John, Scott, Mark and Lauren; and his great grandchildren, Colin, John Reece, Jaxen, Kiera, Finnegan and Amelia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Norriton Presbyterian Church, 608 North Trooper Road, Norristown, PA 19403.
