She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Choinski and Sadie Choinski (Rykowska); and her husband John Henry Czajkowski. She is survived by: her children, Michael Czajkowski (Karen) of Dublin, PA, Karen Fondots (Michael) of Conshohocken, PA, Joan Hylinski (Richard) of Collegeville, PA and Mark Czajkowski of Conshohocken, PA; her sister Theresa Lenczewski of Norristown, PA.; and her grandchildren, John Fondots (Sarah), Benjamin Hylinski and Andrea Fondots (Kevin Zazycki). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.
