Leszczynski of Conshohocken; her children, Julianne and John; her grandchildren, Casey Grohman, Monica McLenigan, Mackenzie Leszczynski and Caiden Leszczynski; and her sisters, Regina Fahy, Margaret "Maggie" Fahy and Bernadette Fahy.
