He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry William Taylor and Jeanne Marie (Schaffer); his brothers, Harry and Richard; and his grandson Jayden.
He is survived by: his wife Zoya P. Baibara; his children, Christine and Joseph W. Taylor, Jr. (Vanessa Martel); his stepchildren, Sergey Vokhmintsev (Liliya) and Olga Harding (Brian); and his siblings, John, Marilyn Cerino (Ralph) and Anne. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
