He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Alfonse (Metzger); and his parents, Sabatino Alfonse and Anna Alfonse (Angelini). He is survived by: his children, Jeanne Alfonse, Joan Allen, Lynn Eisele (late Charles) and John T. Alfonse, Jr. (Lori Alfonse); his grandchildren, John, Katie, Kelly, Timmy and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Brady, Eva, Jace, Jaxon and Leona.
