With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane M. Cobourn (Conshohocken, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 7, 2018 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Nelson and Jane Nelson (Bird). She is survived by: her husband Alan I. Cobourn of Conshohocken; her children, Donna of Conshohocken, Alan I. Cobourn, Jr. of Conshohocken and Tracey Cobourn of Conshohocken; her grandsons, Louie Marcozzi, Jr. and Joey Marcozzi; and her close friend Gail Pearson of Conshohocken.
