It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James N. Fazio of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, born in Norristown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Casper Fazio and Helen Fazio (Cicippio). He is survived by: his wife Carol Fazio (Montgomery); his children, Nicholas Fazio (Monica) and Natalie Barrist (Michael); his sister Helen Melnick (Alan); his stepchildren, Dina Brooks, Michal Eichhorn (James) and Linda Wanner (Gary); and his stepgrandson Ron Peden (Jennifer). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
