She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew N. Malantonio and Italia Malantonio (Fedele); and her brother Nicholas A. Malantonio. She is survived by: her husband Jan Narciso; her sons, Ronald Wood (Melissa) and Joseph Narciso (Erin); her siblings, Matthew Malantonio, Jr., Salvatore Malantonio (Susan), Cathy Herron (Bruce), Marylynn Wisniewski (Thomas) and Rita Pierce (Mark); and her grandchildren, Hayden, Landon Wood, Madelyn and Joseph Narciso. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Celesta's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
