He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Mae Malantonio (Webster). He is survived by: his father Carlo P. Malantonio, Sr.; his significant other Mary Ann McGrath; his daughters, Antoinette White (Kesean) and Pamela Raymond (Joshua); his stepchildren, Jamie Kiercak, Jessica Vay, Kirsten Gertonitch, Bridget McGrath and Thomas McGrath; and his brothers, Keith Malantonio (Debbie), Edward Malantonio (Dayle) and Scott Malantonio (Peg). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great grandson.
