We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2021, at the age of 84, Anthony J. Disebastiano of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pietro DiSebastiano and Domenica DiSebastiano (Dalessandro); and his sisters, Philomena DiFabrizio and Marie Radatti. He is survived by: his wife Veronica DiSebastiano (Andreyko) of Conshohocken, PA; his daughters, Donna Bulen (Beau) of Perkiomenville, PA and Susan Jordan (Daniel) of Limestone, TN; his grandchildren, Jessica Webb (Benjamin) of Creamery, PA and Jacob Jordan (Jenn) of Deltona, FL; his stepgrandsons, Jacob and Matthew Bulen; and his great grandchild Hudson Webb.
