He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis J. Schultheis and Anna Mae Park Schultheis. He is survived by: his wife Alice Voie Schultheis; his children, Kenneth J. Schultheis (Patti), Eric Schultheis (Tammy), Janice Kennedy (Jeffrey), Alison Fry (Mark), Lisa Miller (Kevin), Kim Thompson (Jeffrey) and Nathan Schultheis (LeighAnn); and his siblings, Anna Lang, Ida Wood, Larry Schultheis and Judy Reichhold. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
