He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Hilliard and Alda E. Hilliard (Stauffer). He is survived by: his children, Cindy Gatto (Lou) of Ellwood City, Kathie Saunders (Wayne) of Dunkirk, MD, Harold Thomas Hilliard (Cheryl) of Connoquenessing, Darlene Milstead of Fredericksburg, VA, Becky Dunlap of Butler and Terri Brown of Apollo, PA.; and his sister Bonnie Boyer (Dan) of Canton, OH. He is also survived by his 19 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
