She was predeceased by: her parent Peter Madaffari; her husband William Leasure; and her siblings, Louise Cramer, John Madaffari and Joseph Metzler.
She is survived by: her parent Natalie Pelligrini Madaffari; her children, Gary Leasure (Veronica) of Rochester and Nadine Grabe (Henry) of Butler; her grandchildren, Declan Leasure and Kellie Grabe; and her brother Dominic Madaffari (Susan) of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
