She is survived by: her husband James H. Ebbert; her children, James Ebbert (Jody) of Connellsville, David Ebbert of Connellsville, Sharon Tlumack (John) of Connellsville and Robert Ebbert of Connellsville; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Zachary Ebbert and John-Luke Tlumack.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to a local charity of one's choice in memory of Sally J. Ebbert.
