As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Ruth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph S. Hensel and Mabel Hensel (Porterfield); her son Euguene Shroyer; and her siblings, Betty Pritts, Dollie Hensel, Florence Lena Pritts and James Hensel.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Shroyer. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 6 great, great-grandchildren and great grand dog.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vito C. Martucci Funeral Home (123 S 1st St, Connellsville, PA 15425). A reception will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
