He was predeceased by: his parent Bobbie Lee Shallenberger; and his grandparents, Ann, Richard Rush, Pauline and Chris Shallenberger.
He is survived by: his mother Helen Bageant (Jim); his sister Sandi Smiley (Adam Butler); his nephew Kaitan Smiley (Emily); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zane and Alivia; and his nephew Tyler Smiley. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles and cousins.
