He was predeceased by : his parents, Wendell Ray, Sr. and Dorothy Mae O'Neal Crouse; and his siblings, Lucinda Borris and Thomas Lee Crouse. He is survived by : his wife Judith A. Hiltabidel Crouse; his sons, Robert Crouse, Jr. (Jennifer) of Connellsville and Jeremy Crouse (Theresa) of King George, VA; his grandchildren, Kelsey Lint (Chuck), Bobby Crouse (Sara), Ashley Swinhart (Charles), Ryan Crouse and Logan Crouse; his great grandchildren, Caroline, Saylor May, Carlie and Eva; his siblings, Wendell "Buddy" Crouse, Jr. of Connellsville and Rebecca Christopher (Tom) of Connellsville; his cousin Richard Brewer (Crystal) of Grantsville; and his pet Dottie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home (111 E Green St, Connellsville, PA 15425). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
