She is survived by: her son Thomas M. Borek, Jr. (Susane) of Vanderbilt; her grandchildren, Thomas A. Borek and Madelyn M. Borek; her half-siblings, Jerrilynn Kurosky of Uniontown, Walter and Wendell Kurosky of Uniontown; her husband's son Dwane Hixson, Jr. (Courtney) of Wooddale; her niece Dawn; her pet Jake; and also, Landen, Gabby, Candy Hixson (Jeff) of Connellsville and Lea.
