He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno J. Sufka and Tresa Sufka (Renze); and his brother Thomas Sufka. He is survived by: his wife Regina Sufka; his children, Michael Sufka Jr. (Rachel) and Tina Sufka; his grandchildren, Hayden, Jaxson, Skye and Kaleb Thompson; his siblings, Bruno "BJ" Sufka (Charlene), Jerry Sufka, Terri Vauro (Don) and Elaine Jonofsky; and his sister-in-law Linda Cavanaugh.
