He is survived by: his fiancée Janice Heater of Connellsville; his siblings, Donald Teets (Pam), Bill Teets (Theresa) and Tabatha Adanitsch (Dave); his sister-in-law Cindy Teets (DeWitt); his nieces and nephews, Donnie Teets (Erin), Joe Teets (Megan), Shane Teets, Justin Teets, Kara Nicholson (Jimbob), Ashley Adanitsch, Brianna Adanitsch and Madeline Adanitsch; his stepsons, Jim Heisterman (Jen) and Jared Heisterman; his granddaughter Emily Heisterman; his sister Tammy Goodwin; his close friends, Dick and Charlene Schroyer; and his friend Dr. William Kozak. He is also survived by many other great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends he loved.
