She is survived by: her husband David Shultz; her children, Brittany (Darlene Rickabaugh) of Mechanicsburg, Jimmie Stimmel of Connellsville and Lorrie Riley (Christopher Lehman) of Connellsville; her grandchildren, Cory Rigel Jr., Elijah Edmonds, Novilee McFadden, Keagan Riley and Alaric Hanan; her brother Ronald; her sister-in-law Crystal Swank; her nieces and nephews, Brandon, Nathan (Brittany Pravlik), Nicole (Dominic Kelly), Autumn and Shelby Swank; her great-nieces, Ellie and Reyna Swank; her great-nephew Zaiden Swank; and her siblings, Steven B. Demko Jr., Joseph Ambrose Jr., Juliana (Alan Dorogi) and Carmella (Aaron Rowe).
