She is survived by: her husband Alfred D. Brooks; her children, Mary Bertok (Kevin) and Thomas Basinger (Audrey); her stepson Lon Brooks; her grandchildren, Donald Basinger, David Basinger, Thomas Basinger, Jr., Jeanna Leichliter, Jennifer Wiltrout, Tonya Basinger and Beth Basinger; her stepgrandchildren, Mason Cross, Caitlin DeLucia and Emily Sumerauer; and her sister Margaret Tarr. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
