She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Peterson and Marie Shaffer Mitchell (Harry); her husband Robert M. Shearer; and her siblings, Harry Peterson, Eleanor Hoffman and John Peterson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Meilander (Joel) and Lori Shearer; her grandsons, Jonathan Meilander, Greg Meilander (Jessica) and Owen Meilander; her sister Sue Billeaudeau (Dave); and her in-laws, Shirley Peterson (Harry), Ken Metzger and John Shearer.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested by the family to the Connellsville Senior Citizens Meals on Wheels Program or to the First Baptist Church of Connellsville in memory of Louise M. Shearer.
