It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Jane Brooks (Connellsville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 16, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Bender; her husband Clair Brooks; and her sister Joanne Barulla. She is survived by: her parent Ora Bender (Cole); her daughter Deborah Johnson (Thomas); her grandchildren, Derek Johnson (Julia), Erin Mehta (Neeraj) and Kristina Svensson (Greger); her great grandchildren, Ezra, Ebba, Koen, Knoa and Beatrice; her brothers, Robert Bender and David Bender (Mary); her nieces and nephews, Bonnie Coffman (Sam), Julie Bender, Rebecca Bender, Cindy Bender-Hopter, Billy Brooks (Kate), Barry Brooks (Susan) and Harry Barulla; and her friends, Ron and Jean Grimm.
