He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard C., Sr. and Eurydice Myers Goucher. He is survived by: his nephew Howard L. Goucher III of South Connellsville; his niece Rayna Goucher-Gaydos of Uniontown; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carin and Keira Gaydos.
